Located on the hillside behind the Main Market, our cider press churns out fresh, delicious apple cider year round. Overseen by Larry Voll, this operation takes a mixture of our apples, grinds them into applesauce, and prepares them for juicing on our rack and cloth press. After all of the liquid is released, our cider is refrigerated, flash pasteurized, and finished off with a trace amount of preservatives to ensure safety and lengthen shelf-life.
