"Lettuce-free" summer salads! We combine chicken breast, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, cilantro, sweet corn & shredded mozzarella and provolone cheese, then toss it all in a balsamic dressing. Served with a knot roll, a peach, and a cookie for $5.49
