Pony Party Details

Party Size
Up to 20 children.  When there are more than 20 children, a second pony will be used at an additional cost of $50.00.

Scheduling
Parties may be scheduled Saturdays and Sundays from January through August (no pony parties September-October or Mid-November-December due to building being utilized for the Harvest season and Christmas Trees). Parties can be scheduled at 10:00 am, 1:00 pm or 4:00 pm. on Saturdays, and 10:00 am or 1:00 pm on Sundays.

Parties are limited to two hours.  An additional hour can be scheduled for the 4-6:00 party only for an additional $100.00 charge. Additional time must be pre-scheduled.

Activities

    • Pony rides (100 pound weight limit for all pony rides)
    • Pin the Tail on the Donkey and Beanbag Toss are available.
    • Everyday play wooden toys, tiny town, panning for gems, are available etc.
    • Hay ride weather permitting ($90)
    • Bounce House ($100)
      Requires a party adult assigned to supervise. If you wish for Soergel's to provide the attendant, the cost is $50.

Party Packages

Basic Party $250

    • Party Room for two hours
    • Pony rides are given in the first hour
    • The second hour is yours for your games and refreshments

Cake & Ice Cream  $350
All of the above plus...

    • Half sheet cake and three quarts of ice cream
    • fruit flavored drinks
    • all paper products (tablecloth, plates, napkins, cups and plastic ware

Lunch Party  $390
All of the above plus...

    • hot dogs and buns
    • potato chips and pretzels

Building

Heated Party Room.  We provide tables and chairs and coverings for the tables, balloons, and a sign wishing your child Happy Birthday.

Decorations
Birthday Party parents are welcome to come 15 minutes before the party begins to decorate.

Restrooms
Available.

Parking
A special area is set aside for party people.

Insurance
We are fully insured.

Deposit
A $50.00 non refundable deposit is required.  When the number of guests exceeds 20, there is a $4.00 per person additional charge for the lunch party package.

Important Things To Remember!

    • no alcohol permitted at parties
    • there is no food prep or storage area available
    • party hosts are responsible for the behavior of their guests
